Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid access on PrepSights. It is designed to be fair to students while recognising that our product is digital content with immediate access.
Current phase: invite-only review
PrepSights is presently in an invite-only review period and all access is granted free of charge. No payments are collected, so no refunds arise. The sections below take effect when paid access launches.
1. What you buy
Paid access is per subject or per course level, giving you use of the subject's study material and tools for the stated access period. Access begins immediately after successful payment.
2. Refunds
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the purchased content (indicatively: attempted no full test and viewed only a small portion of the material).
- If a purchase fails but money is deducted, the amount is automatically refunded by the payment provider; if it does not arrive within 7 business days, contact us and we will resolve it.
- If a technical fault on our side prevents you from using purchased content and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund proportionately.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Cancellation
Purchases are one-time (not auto-renewing subscriptions). If auto-renewing plans are introduced later, you will be able to cancel renewal at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
4. How to request a refund
Email prepsights@gmail.com from your registered email with your payment reference. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours.
5. Abuse
We may decline refunds where we detect abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, bulk copying of content before a refund request, or violations of our Terms).
